The Business Problem

The customer is a market leader in semiconductor chip. It has an internal training process for their OEM’s and ODM’s. The major problem faced by the company was conducting trainings at multiple locations as the trainer has to go to all the locations and train the employees. Also the cost involved with classroom training was a major issue for the company. The company was looking for online modules for internal training especially created in multiple languages.


Solution / Intervention

We developed a DIC (Digital Interactive Content).DIC content are easy to access and can be accessed from anywhere. It completely eliminated the classroom cost. The content was interactive that kept the users engaged to the modules. Users were able to take courses at any point of time as per their convenience. The content was developed in Chinese language which was the major challenge of the deal.


Outcome

The product training now became easy and interesting. As the trainings were now distributed to all the locations through internet ,it helped the organization to save their classroom training costs and they were able to train 700 employees across various locations simultaneously.
