Sameer Nigam
(Managing Director & Principal Consultant )
He is responsible for the overall profitability and growth of the company. Sameer looks after the business strategy, planning , funding of various initiatives and partnerships.
He has more than 14 years experience in strategy formulation and execution, outsourcing/ offshoring of services, development and execution of large / global projects.
He is Alumnus of Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad. He did his graduation (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering in 1992 from HBTI Kanpur and Post Graduation (M.Tech) from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur.
He has worked with GENPACT the biggest Business Process Outsourcing company, where he was responsible for transitions of Finance & Accounting functions of large US MNCs in retail, defence, aerospace and engineering sectors.
With TATA Consultancy Services (TCS) , London he worked for two and half years in a strategic role with P&O Nedlloyd limited a part of A.P. Moller-Maersk Group the largest container shipping company in the world.
He has experience of leading large projects and owning processes spanning several time zones. He has worked for more than one and a half years in USA with client Cummins Engine Company the second largest engine manufacturer and a fortune 500 organization.
Prasoon
(Vice President – Technology)
Prasoon is the Vice President of Technology at Stratbeans Consulting. He is responsible for overall technology leadership and his charter is to break new grounds in the technology pyramid of StratBeans.
He has more than 8 years of experience in the industry and he has worked in advanced IT fields such as Chip design, Processor simulation and Compiler Optimizations.
He did his graduation (B.Tech) in EE from India Institute of Technology (Kanpur). He has won many awards.
Amardeep Bajpai
(Principal Consultant- Online Marketing Division)
Amardeep comes from an online marketing management and strategy background. In his last stint he was responsible for restructuring the marketing efforts of a global online insurance player. He was able to reduce the Search Engine Marketing budget by 30% while increasing leads by 100%. He has successfully led online marketing campaigns in six countries in Europe. In the past he has also worked as a strategy consultant with PwC.
He is based out of New Delhi and has an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.
Sandeep Vij
(Director Sales & Strategy- Stratbeans USA)
Sandeep is responsible for sales and new account development at Stratbeans USA. He is a mechanical engineer and PGDM from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (1984-1986). He is an expert in marketing strategy and sales.
He has a track record of successfully leading start ups and developing growth strategies for companies, like Hero Group -Easy Bill, Schlumberger – Smart Card Applications( Gemalto Inc.), Philip Morris, Rediff.com
He developed a 1500+ strong electronic retail Network servicing more than 15 Bill Issuers, operating in 8 cities with zero delinquency. This saved $3.5 million at the outset by developing the Processes and the Technology Solution in-house and creating a value of $40 million in 36 months.(www.easybill.co.in).
He conceptualized the first smart card based pre-paid loyalty card program in India. (www.petrobonus.com). 2 million cards, 4000 retail stores, $2billion managed on the system.
Sandeep garnered $40 Million in funds during liquidity crunch period. Developed a Direct Marketing System for Escorts Finance to deliver excellent Customer Service for Certificate of deposit customers.
He also launched the maiden Mutual Fund for Escorts Finance Ltd
Lakshmi Krishnan
(Principal Consultant – Corporate Training Division)
Specialist in Training, Learning & Instructional Design with more than 17 years experience in the complete domain of functions involved in the knowledge industry including, training needs analysis, solution design and implementation, training delivery, competency development, knowledge architecting and end-to-end content development.
With Genpact the biggest Business Process Outsourcing company in India , she was Assistant Vice President –Training, leading the training function for multiple global accounts in the Finance and Accounting vertical.
Her 15+ years of experience in NIIT spanned the entire gamut of Content Development activities including developing content, leading teams, managing projects and large accounts, and heading quality assurance.
Lakshmi is an ISO 9001 internal auditor and a certified SEI CMM Assessor. She has a Masters degree in Math. Stats. from Hindu College , Delhi University and a Post Grad. Diploma in Systems Management from NIIT.
