The Business Problem
ITC Hotels, preparing to launch new hotels in Bangalore and Chennai, needed to train both Front of the House and Back of the House staff in various knowledge areas. Training covered multiple domains, including Hotel Processes, Accounts and Finance, and Point of Sale Applications. The scale and diversity of content required strong instructional design expertise.
Solution / Intervention
- Created 550+ eLearning objects including simulations, videos, and assessments.
- Integrated all learning objects into ITC’s SABA LMS.
- Resolved SCORM compatibility issues for smooth SABA integration.
- Made content accessible anytime, anywhere, including mobile devices with limited connectivity.
- Designed training to support multiple roles in the hospitality domain.
