The Business Problem
The organization, a joint venture between one of India’s oldest conglomerates and the UK’s largest insurance company, needed to ensure employee compliance with the Business Ethics Code and UK Anti-Bribery Act across its large-scale operations.
Challenges included making compliance documents accessible to all employees globally and collecting their acceptance signatures remotely. Additionally, continuous tracking of employee changes due to hiring and attrition across geographies was required.
Solution / Intervention
- Developed an Interactive Business Ethics Module allowing easy compliance with BEC principles.
- Deployed a web-based Compliance Management System (CMS) accessible from multiple countries.
- Enabled employees to login securely, read compliance documents, and digitally sign acceptance forms online.
- Provided managers a real-time MIS dashboard to monitor compliance coverage across geographies and units.
