Please note that refunds are for registration fees only. The following refund percentages apply based on the timing of the cancellation:
- 100% refund if Stratbeans cancels a course due to low enrollment up to 30 days before the course start date.
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before the course start date.
- 50% refund if you cancel 14-30 days before the course start date.
- No refund if you cancel within 14 days of the course start date.
Requirements
For Storyline 360, Studio 360 and Rise 360+ training, please have a computer with the applicable Articulate 360 software (or 30-day free trial) installed prior to your first virtual session. For Essentials of e-Learning Design, please have a computer with webcam and microphone capabilities. Review our FAQs for more information about software requirements.
Registration
For Storyline 360, Studio 360, and Rise 360+ training, students will receive a confirmation email with a link to register for the online course. Once registered, and approved, students will receive an email from Stratbeans with a link to log into the virtual sessions at the given dates and times. This link cannot be shared with others; it is unique to you.

Training Related FAQ
I have a Mac, can I still attend the training?
×As long as you have Windows on your Mac, you’ll be able to use software such as Storyline 360, Studio 360, and Replay 360. Check out this Articulate article for more information: Articulate 360 FAQs: Working on a Mac.
Where do I download the workshop files?
+After registration, your instructor will provide a link to download the workshop files via email. In addition, your instructor will also have USB drives available with the workshop files on the first day of training. If you’re registered in the Virtual Open Enrollment sessions, the workshop files are provided in the first scheduled session.
What time does the classroom training begin and end?
+Our Open Enrollment classes are scheduled to begin at 9:00 AM and end at 5:00 PM, with a one-hour break for lunch. Morning and afternoon breaks are also provided. Onsite classes can be adjusted to begin and end at a time that works best for the organization. We understand that some of our Purchasers need to leave early because of travel arrangements, so just be sure to let your instructor know on that day.
What else do I need to bring the classroom?
+The most common forgotten items are a power supply for your laptop, a mouse, and a writing utensil.
Is there a workbook or participant's guide provided?
+Yes. Your instructor will have a workbook ready and waiting for you in your first session!
