We invite you to be a part of the software product development team, which develops world class enterprise systems like Learning Management System (LMS), AI Based Sales Enablement Platform (ASP), Performance Support System.

Requirements
We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital products. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness and exceptional visual design.

Understand our existing design system and build further on it.

Note : We would prefer candidates who can also implement those design into working HTML,CSS, JS

Qualification
• Bachelor’s / Master degree in UI/UX design.
• Relevant & proven / certified experience in UI / UX design

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
• Solid understanding of mobile design principles, including Material Design (Android) and Human Interface Guidelines (iOS).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing web / mobile application design projects.

• Design graphic UI elements such as tabs, widgets and menus and good with animations.
• Develop and conceptualize UI/UX design strategies for the brand.
• Produce high-quality UX designs using wireframes, flow diagrams, graphic and visual design, sitemaps, prototypes, and storyboards
• Design UI elements, such as search boxes, navigation menus, widgets, and tabs, for the company’s digital assets using various UI/UX tools.

• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred.
• Test UI elements, such as banners, CTAs, page designs, page layouts, target links, and page flows, for landing pages.
• Collaborate with the management, development and marketing team to make sure that tailor-made content is being created and delivered to the digital users. Attend meetings and presentations for design and business strategy.
• Advice and guide the implementation of UX research methods and tests to ensure proper prediction and analysis of user behavior.
• Adhere to graphic design and typography style standards.
• Research various kinds of things from mobile usage analytics to trend spotting. See what is working with the users and what is not. Every bit of information that can help improve the product is crucial.
• Run analytics on questionnaire responses, field studies, interviews, etc. They are responsible for finding out ways to understand the users
