He has more than 18 years experience in strategy formulation and execution, outsourcing/ offshoring of services, development and execution of large/global projects.

He is Alumnus of Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad. He did his graduation (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering in 1992 from HBTI Kanpur and Post Graduation (M.Tech) from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur.

He has worked with GENPACT the biggest Business Process Outsourcing company, where he was responsible for transitions of Finance & Accounting functions of large US MNCs in retail, defense, aerospace and engineering sectors.With TATA Consultancy Services (TCS), London he worked for two and half years in a strategic role with P&O Nedlloyd limited a part of A.P. Moller-Maersk Group the largest container shipping company in the world.

He has experience of leading large projects and owning processes spanning several time zones. He has worked for more than one and a half years in USA with client Cummins Engine Company the second largest engine manufacturer and a fortune 500 organization

Prasoon Nigam, is CTO at Stratbeans Consulting. He is responsible for overall technology leadership and vision for Stratbeans. He has more than 17 years’ of experience in the industry. He has worked in complex fields such as chip design, processor simulation, and compiler optimizations. He holds a B.TECH degree in electrical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology—Kanpur..

He has won various awards. He has also invented a novel image-based search engine which earned an award by TCS. His innovative solution, using a broad range of technology like machine learning, expert systems, and decision-support systems, has helped in solving client problems ranging from highly technical to business critical.

PRADEIP AGARWAL

Pradeip has more than 8 years experience in Sales, Marketing Strategy in Advertisement, Events, Digital media and Business services and execution of large / global projects.

He is Heading Business Strategy for STRATBEANS CONSULTING as Vice President of Sales, Marketing and New Business.

He did Post Graduation MBA in Strategy and Marketing and Graduation in ENG (hons) and BIT from Delhi University.He has been actively involved with Management Society since college in organizing and supporting professors in management sessions in colleges and corporate.

He started his career with advertising and event management company, SPARX Entertainment where he was responsible for managing Creative teams, Sponsorship teams, Managing events and shows operation as Marketing and Concept Head. For many large deals Pradeip has contributed in Mergers and Alliances for the company.

With SPARX Entertainment Pradeip got promoted to Business head in 23 months from joining date as a management trainee with the responsibilities of ensuring development and management of large projects like FILMFARE AWARDS, ZEE CINE AWARDS, Celebrity Management in Bollywood and sports domain.

He has experience of leading Processes in direct sales, Marketing and Digital Media Promotion projects and owning processes spanning several industry segments.

DR. AMEY KARKARE

Dr. Amey Karkare completed his Ph.D from IIT Bombay in 2009, and B.Tech. from IIT Kanpur in 1998. His areas of interest include Intelligent Tutoring Systems, Program Analysis, Compiler Optimizations, and Functional Programming. He has more than 7 years of industrial experience most of which is in the area of Compiler Optimizations.He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Kanpur.

He received prestigious Infosys fellowship during his Ph.D., and P. K. Kelkar Young Research Fellowship at Kanpur. He has been visiting researcher at Microsoft Research, Redmond, and IIT Bombay.

Last few years his focus is on improving how introductory programming courses are taught. He has co-taught large online courses on programming that had registration of more than 30,000 students. The software he developed is being used at several premier institutes like IIT Kanpur, IIT Bombay, IIT Goa, IISER Bhopal to name a few.
