The Business Problem

The organization is one of India’s leading diversified financial services groups. It offers an integrated suite of financial services including asset management, life and health insurance, lending, broking, investment banking, and wealth management. The company is headquartered in New Delhi and is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) in India. The company needed to train their agents on the topic ADVANCED OPTIONS STRATEGY.


Solution / Intervention

The course curriculum was assembled into a coherent program. The specific learning needs of the audience was studied Based on the maturity level of audience a suitable learning theme (look and feel elements) was decided. The course curriculum was converted into an interactive eLearning module where in all the calculations related to different strategies were explained in greater detail. Many examples were interspersed along the length of the module to reinforce key points.


Outcome

The eLearning modules helped the employees understand the fundamentals of OPTIONS as the modules were interactive and designed keeping in mind the learning aptitude of the employees. Proper examples were created in the module to help them retain the key points. Since the modules were posted online training the employees became easy and a large number of branches were also covered. Many agents were trained through these modules which later helped them in addressing their clients’ queries.
