For employer-provided platforms, your employer is typically the Controller/Business, and Stratbeans acts as a Processor/Service Provider. We process data only on documented instructions, and assist controllers in fulfilling data requests. For our marketing sites and direct sign-ups, Stratbeans may act as the controller.

  • Professional & Organizational Information: Department, team, role type, leadership level, industry sector, internal role profile, psychometric or skills assessment results (if applicable).
