The Business Problem

The ITC Group had a large repository of online and Flash-based content for internal and corporate communications. Many videos were created years ago using legacy technologies. Over time, their relevance decreased due to outdated data (e.g., statistical numbers, ITC overview, product lines, and messaging). Migrating this content to modern platforms— compatible with LMS—while improving the modules was a significant challenge.
