ITC Process Training and LMS Integration (SABA)
There are two large parts of training chunks involved in the ITC hotels group, namely Front of the House and Back of the house. ITC was launching new hotel in Bangalore and Chennai and they wanted to train the front of the house and back of the house staff in a variety of knowledge areas. Strong instruction design skills were required.The project was divided into several domains ( Hotel Processes, Accounts and Finance, Point of Sale Applications).
All the trainings were made trackable which helped the managers to keep a check on their employees’ progress. The trainings can be modified as per the employees’ role and duties and proper feedback was provided to them by their supervisor. These training modules were interactive and motivated the employees to complete their trainings.
